"So all of a sudden we can't call it ethnology anymore, you know? And at the same time we find ourselves in a dynamic, in the search for the other, which is basically the search for ourselves. We're trying to understand what it is that they've become here. Basically we are looking for our own self. So when we go to market we look for what looks like Africa and what is different. So it's an approach that's, well, unique.”
