The Impact Producer Guide by Doc Society in London, is the fruit of years of experience in how to bring socio-political documentary films to the public in alternative ways and bridging gaps between filmmakers and their responsive audiences.

The reason behind bringing this guide into an Arabic version is in no way to promote a specific role of documentary film as a medium, but rather to inform the Arab-world documentary players, filmmakers and activist about the knowledge this guide offer, in an up-to-date correct Arabic version.

This is one of many collaborations where DOX BOX sponsors the arabization of toolkits, studies, and publications to the Arab-world documentary industry and practice.

The Impact Field Guide & Toolkit is a comprehensive and effective tool for filmmakers to achieve the biggest possible impact and to reach a wider audience with their films.

Next to a wider reach it aims at a stronger audience engagement and to harness their potential for action and societal change.  It consists of several tools and modules which guide filmmakers through the process, from planning, putting it into action to evaluation.

By going through this process the filmmaker will engage even more in her/his own project which helps him/her to identify the key messages, goals and priorities. Additional to the step-by-step instructions the guide also includes several case studies and useful resources.
